EXCHANGES | RETURNS POLICY

To start a return or exchange please use our RETURN PORTAL 

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT.  Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with a Warrior Within Representative we do not offer refunds only exchange or credit.  

- Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

-  International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for international returns.

- To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition.  Item must be free of any odor (smoke, perfume, incense etc) & free of any visible animal hair or other markings. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn, washed or soiled item. 

- You may return a garment, including sale items, for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping fees paid). You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.

- Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Warrior Within Designs.

- Any items purchased at a retail store must be exchanged/returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.

- All festival and event sales are final.

- For domestic customers if you purchase return coverage at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

-Package Protection - Any lost, damaged or stolen package under package protection will be replaced/resent via an approved claim.  Submit your claim with 14 days of receipt (or delivery date) through the returns portal below.

2. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will approve all exchanges/credits as long as the garment is in unworn, unwashed, like-new condition & within our return window.
